WHY ME?

  • I have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 8+ years at a global digital marketing agency (iProspect/dentsu Latvia), where I helped develop agency services, grow the team, and expand the client portfolio.
  • Managed and trained a team of performance marketing and web analytics specialists, was responsible for achieving financial targets and driving new business acquisition, and worked closely with key clients on both strategic and tactical optimization.
  • Managed, optimized, and scaled B2C e-commerce and B2B lead generation campaigns with monthly budgets of up to USD 1M across the US, Canada, and Europe.
  • Developed website and marketing measurement strategies, ranging from GA4 implementations to custom first-party tracking and ad measurement solutions. Helped measure direct ad impact, brand impact, and incrementality, and evaluated ROAS, CPA, CAC, and LTV based on actual business outcomes.
  • Did more than 50+ projects with GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other ad pixel implementation, client and server-side GTM.

  • Was nominated 3 times in a global case study awards competition, for driving business growth with data and digital marketing services.
  • Combine technical (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL) and marketing skills, powered by analytical and critical thinking.
