WHY ME?

  • Have 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, 8+ years in a global digital marketing agency (iProspect/dentsu Latvia), where developed agency services, team and clients.  Managed and trained a team of performance marketing and web analytics specialists. Was responsible for financial goals and new business acquisition. Worked with key clients on strategical and tactical optimization.
  • Managed, optimized and scaled B2C e-commerce and B2B lead-gen campaigns with monthly billings up to 1M USD across the US, Canada, Europe.
  • Developed website and marketing measurement strategies from GA4 implementations to custom 1st party tracking and ad measurement. Help to measure ad direct impact, brand impact and incrementality, evaluate ROAS, CPA, CAC and LTV based on business outcomes.
  • Did more than 40+ projects with GA4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other ad pixel implementation, client and server-side GTM.

  • Combine technical (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL) and marketing skills, powered by analytical and critical thinking.
